about the team.
You will work closely with the transformation team and Asia technology team, to design the new digital process and enables together.
about the job.
1. Diagnosis & Assessment. Dive deep into the business frontlines to identify bottlenecks, disconnects, and compliance risks in existing processes through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Assess the maturity of current processes and establish baseline metrics.
2. Process Design & Reengineering (BPR). Apply industry-leading practices (e.g., APQC, SCOR) to design "To-Be" processes that align with the company's strategy. Balance "efficiency" with "risk control" to ensure processes are both agile and compliant.
3. Digital Enablement. Collaborate with IT and Data teams to propose process automation (RPA) or system integration solutions, ensuring business logic is flawlessly implemented in systems such as ERP or CRM.
4. Change Management & Implementation. Develop change communication plans to mitigate internal anxiety and resistance to organizational changes. Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and take charge of process communication and empowerment training for employees at all levels.
5. Continuous Improvement. Establish process monitoring systems (KPIs/SLAs) and ensure the sustainability of transformation outcomes through regular process audits and feedback loops.
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in process management, management consulting, or operations optimization for large-scale enterprises.
3. Must have successfully led at least two complete end-to-end process transformation projects.
4. Mastery of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred), and Design Thinking.
5. Capable of managing expectations upwards with senior management, while inspiring and motivating frontline employees to embrace change.
6. Strong psychological resilience and conflict-resolution skills to navigate the controversies that often accompany transformation.
7. Ability to use Cantonese and English as working languages.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
8. Working experience in renowned management consulting firms or top-tier professional services networks (e.g., McKinsey, Accenture, Big 4).
9. Holding a PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prosci (Change Management) certification.
10. Experience in the implementation of large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
