Key responsibilities include:
? Managing LMS courses, content uploads, templates and system functionality.
? Manages content providers and their integration with the LMS (LinkedIn Learning).
? Supporting stakeholders to maximise LMS usability and user experience.
? Works with HR and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
? Developing and maintaining LMS reporting, including standard and customised reports.
? Collaborating with internal teams to implement and maintain funded programs within the LMS. ? Identifying and implementing system improvements, enhancements and process efficiencies.
? Supporting LMS integrations, data integrity, testing and system documentation.
