Liaise with the QC & Analytical department to optimize and refine formulation processes, supporting process scale-up and CMC-related workflows.

PhD with over 8 years of experience in RNA delivery-related lipid nanoparticle (LNP) systems.
Proven track record of leading or managing mRNA vaccine or in vivo CAR projects.
Proficient in LNP preparation processes, including microfluidics, solvent injection, and lipid film hydration methods.
