Responsibilities
Operational Planning: Organize and optimize freight flows in collaboration with carriers and the warehouse.
Documentation Management: Prepare and validate all shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and customs documentation.
Performance Tracking: Ensure real-time shipment traceability and proactively resolve any logistical delays or disputes.
Internal Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to ensure the smooth flow of information between the sales, purchasing, and production departments.
Compliance Control: Ensure adherence to current transportation and safety standards
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in logistics, coordination, or a similar operational role.
Bilingualism: Perfect command of both French and English (oral and written), essential for coordinating with carriers and partners.
Technical Expertise: Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and comfort with management systems (ERP/WMS).
Key Skills: Strong analytical skills, rigor in document tracking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
