• Track client transport orders and shipments in real time.
• Enter and code transport, logistics, and customs invoices into the ERP system.
• Handle phone calls and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Negotiate freight rates, delivery terms, and vendor agreements.
• Place purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines closely.
• Request and evaluate quotes for road and ocean freight.
• Book containers for freight transport (FTL and LTL).
• Monitor goods in transit and update the arrivals schedule.
• Manage freight claims with carriers for damaged or missing goods.
• Coordinate order pickups and confirm estimated arrival dates (ETA) with clients.
• Prepare purchase orders in the system and log necessary logistics notes.
• Verify physical receipts against purchase and customs documentation.
• Confirm per-pound purchase pricing with the Buyer via contracts and emails.
• Coordinate incoming shipments directly with the Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee customs clearance processes and liaise with the customs broker.
• Track empty container returns closely to eliminate detention fees.
• Monitor Last Free Days (LFD) to avoid demurrage and storage fees.
• Provide administrative support to Customer Service (CSR) and Accounting teams.
• Assist with general office duties and business administration files.

• Capability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
