In this role, you will oversee daily operational activities across logistics, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics and fulfilment processes alongside external freight partners and service providers.
- Monitor stock movements, perform inventory reconciliations, and manage product distribution across storage facilities.
- Liaise with international suppliers on production timelines, shipping documentation, and consignment tracking.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement digital enhancements to elevate workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Support administrative duties including order processing, operational reporting, and after-sales service coordination.

- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners.
- Experience utilising operational software, commercial systems, or enterprise management tools.
