Location - Head Office in York Region
Shift - Day Shift
Pay - $37-42+/hr (depending on licenses + experience)
**TRAVEL IS REQUIRED - 80% of the time will be spent travelling across North America + Europe**

Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and commission custom automated equipment, conveyors, and robotic systems
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Support equipment installations and startups at customer sites (local and international travel)
Perform equipment testing, validation, and performance checks post-installation
Assist with retrofits, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, electrical, and project teams
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Contribute to minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance
Qualifications
433A Industrial Millwright license (or strong mechanical experience in lieu)
3+ years experience in machinery assembly, automation, or manufacturing environments
Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and technical schematics
Hands-on experience with conveyors, custom equipment, or production machinery
Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Exposure to robotics or automated systems (ABB, FANUC, etc.) is a strong asset
Basic understanding of electrical systems / PLCs is an asset
Comfortable with travel (local, national, occasional international)
Experience with fabrication, installation, and field service work preferred
Valid driver’s license; certifications (forklift, working at heights, etc.) are assets
