What You’ll Be Doing:
You won't just be pushing buttons; you'll be mastering the art and science of paint production. Your day-to-day will involve:
Setting Up & Operating: Safely configuring, running, and monitoring advanced production machinery.
Quality Control: Keeping a sharp eye out to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical or product hitches on the fly.
Precision Work: Utilizing both hand and power tools for machine adjustments and maintenance.
Safety First: Maintaining a spotless, efficient, and hazard-free workspace.
What You Bring to the Team:
The Experience: A proven background in machine operation OR experience working in assembly and general production lines within a warehouse/factory environment. We are happy to upskill the right person!
The Eye: High attention to detail. Color matching and chemical production require absolute precision.
The Skills: Ability to confidently read, understand, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The Toolkit: Comfortably and safely operating various hand and power tools.
The Bonus: A current Forklift License (LF) is good to have but not required.
