Plan maintenance budget and control by reviewing periodically. Address the repeated failures with permanent solution. Record equipment failures, brain storm, identify the root cause and implement CAPA. Identify the training need for the team, map competencies, arrange for internal / external training, review the effectiveness of the training. Encourage team to come out with improvements and innovative ideas on maintenance practices, support and guide them in making decisions. Ensure updation of documents, records and easy retrieval on requirement. Focus on self-development by continuously scanning for developments in technology process and systems. Communicate clearly the organisation goals to the team members and align them to achieve the goals. Arrange the necessary tools and resources to facilitate quality maintenance practices.
