Experience:
·7-10 years in maintenance.
·3-5 years in supervisory role.
·Automated equipment experience.
Role Objectives:
·Supervise maintenance team per shift.
·Ensure quick breakdown response.
·Manage preventive maintenance.
·Coordinate with production.
