For our Global Sales Director and team we are on the lookout for a best in class assistant. Your role is vital to make sure the Global Sales Director you are supporting are able to do his job the best, by support him with various operational tasks. Which means, you are able to provide the professional support of this leadership role in a comprehensive and confidential way. The based position of this role is in our Amsterdam office
The support you will provide is organizing & maintaining agendas, appointments, team meetings and travel arrangements, both on-site and for international events. Additionally, you will manage the expenses of the individuals that you support. During these activities you will handle confidential information, therefore sensitivity to discretion is essential. Intermittently, you will play an active role in the coordination of functional events. Furthermore you will handle to POs of the team.
The general atmosphere is result driven, dynamic, informal with a down to earth mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management of the Global Sales Director
- Making travel arrangements (can be very complex at some times)
- Organizing functional events
- Handle expenses for Global Sales Director
- Handle Po's
- Depending on experience also keep global sales internal website up to date
