key responsibilities
- Complex Travel & Calendar Management: You manage a constantly shifting global agenda and book complex business travel. You provide backup for travel emergencies, including outside of standard office hours.
- Networking & Event Organization: You coordinate participation in international conferences (e.g., Monte Carlo, Singapore, Baden Baden) and organize high-level networking events.
- Executive Support: You manage the inbox, filter priorities, handle meeting requests, and prepare high-quality presentations and briefings.
- Stakeholder Interface: You act as the professional point of contact for senior management and external partners within the financial sector.
qualifications
- Experience: Between 7 and 10 years of experience as a PA/EA at the C-suite level, preferably within the Banking or (Re)Insurance sector.
- High Availability & Flexibility: You must be reachable at all times, including weekends. You are expected to be on standby for urgent travel disruptions or last-minute schedule changes that require immediate action.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (primary working language). Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant asset.
- Skills: You are an expert in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and are extremely stress-resistant, proactive, and discreet.
