key responsibilities
- Administrative Support: You will assist the underwriters with the daily processing of files and documentation.
- Data Entry & Filing: You will accurately enter data into our systems and ensure a flawless digital and physical archive.
- Workflow Management: You will monitor ongoing administrative tasks and flag upcoming deadlines to the team.
- Communication: You will ensure a smooth flow of information within the department.
qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Language Skills: A good command of English is required. Knowledge of Dutch or French is considered a plus.
- Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software systems. You have a hands-on mentality and are ready to contribute immediately.
- Availability: You are available immediately (ASAP) for a temporary assignment until July 1st (with a primary focus on the peak months of May and June).
