Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, the company is a vertically integrated R&D powerhouse specializing in the design, development, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance, indigenous UAVs for dual-use applications (Defence, Homeland Security, and Enterprise). Core Mission Lead the international deployment and customization of advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) / Drone solutions. This mid-senior level role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in UAV systems, strong client-facing solution delivery experience, and a comprehensive understanding of international aviation regulations (specifically FAA, EASA, and TCCA). The primary objective is to ensure successful, compliant, and high-performance integration of drone technology into client workflows across global industries. Key Responsibilities • Global Solution Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of drone solutions, from initial requirement translation to field validation and final client deployment.• Validation & Optimization: Plan and execute Trials, Demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) globally to validate solution performance, establish benchmarks, and recommend system enhancements based on real-world data.• International Regulatory Compliance:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on international UAV regulations (USA, Canada, Europe).
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to ensure all flight activities and solutions strictly comply with FAA, EASA, TCCA, and other requisite international conditions.
- Implement SOPs and ensure strict adherence to safety and operational compliance during all flight activities.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a primary client-facing technical lead, translating complex client requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with end-users and field teams to quickly identify problem statements, propose mitigation strategies, and validate permanent solutions.
- Work closely with internal R&D and Product teams to acquire in-depth product knowledge and contribute to comprehensive reports.
• Strategic Growth: Assist in defining global flight execution strategies by assessing operational environment limitations and challenges. Maintain continuous learning on industry trends, emerging UAV technologies, and regulatory shifts to ensure competitive advantage. Required Skills & QualificationsCategory Requirement Experience 7-10 years of experience in flying/working with UAV systems. Domain Expertise Strong, proven knowledge of UAV systems, payloads, and diverse real-world applications.Global Operations Mandatory experience in UAV operations outside India.Regulatory Mastery Strong understanding of UAV/Drone regulations and Safety standards in USA, Canada & Europe (e.g., FAA*, EASA*, TCCA*)Client & Technical Proven track record of client-facing technical solution delivery.Ability to translate client needs into robust technical specifications.Core Competencies Excellent risk analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Communication Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written English communication.
