Job Title: Manager – Demand & Inventory Planning

Please find the below skills sets.

Statistical Forecasting: Proficiency in moving averages, exponential smoothing, and trend analysis. They should understand Forecast Error metrics like MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and Bias.
Inventory Optimization: Knowledge of ABC/XYZ analysis, safety stock calculations, and DOH (Days on Hand) management.
Software Proficiency: * Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and complex formulas are the bare minimum.
- ERP/APS Systems: Experience with tools like SAP (APO/IBP), Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
- Visualization: Ability to use Power BI or Tableau to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
