Repairs & Trouble Shooting of Running Progressive tools, Gang Tools & Die casting tools knowledge for troubleshooting & Cutting Elements Conversion to different models on same die set
Responsible for Servicing of all types of Stamping Press Tools, Progressive Tools, Notching Tools, Die Casting Dies etc.,
Monitoring of tool life’s time to time without effecting to production plans.
Monitoring & Intimation of Life availability of Tools to Marketing, Production & HOD for tools refurbishment or new tools planning.
Spares management & reviewing for refurbishment requirements for life in completion tools.
To co-ordinate with Quality, Maintenance and PPC team on day-to-day tool service section requirements & ensure tools availability
Repair activities for trouble tools, free production in press shop by arrange tools in time. Perform the root cause analysis and resolve problems in tools and fixtures.
The Manages employees through training and Multi skills development, resolving employee issues through problem resolution.
Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines.
Implementation of ISO 9001, EMS systems
