We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (Manager level) to drive HR initiatives and support the growth of a Global Shared Services Center (GSC). This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while aligning people strategies with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Business Alignment
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement people-related solutions to support business growth.
HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.- Provide guidance on HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
- Develop and update HR policies tailored to a shared services environment.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a key contact for employee concerns and grievance redressal.
- Mediate and resolve employee-manager conflicts
- Drive proactive interventions to address engagement and attrition risks.
Talent Management
- Enable effective performance management processes and ensure compliance with appraisal guidelines.
- Partner with Talent & Development teams on succession planning and career development.
- Lead the Annual Compensation Review process.
- Own the implementation of the Rewards & Recognition framework.
Employee Engagement
-Design and drive employee engagement initiatives.- Lead the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and action planning.
- Build and sustain a positive, collaborative work culture.
Learning & Development
- Liaise with L&D COEs and business leaders to define development needs.- Drive capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Organizational Development
- Support the development of a customer-centric, high-performance culture.- Collaborate with various HR COEs to ensure smooth HR operations and interventions.
- Periodically assess and improve organizational structure, systems, and processes.
