Intake Approval
• Review and approve third‑party engagement intake submissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and
alignment with Third‑Party Risk Management requirements.
• Validate key intake information prior approval and triggering downstream risk assessment and due diligence
activities.
IRQ Quality Assurance (QA)
• Perform quality assurance reviews of Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) responses to ensure consistency,
clarity, and adherence to defined guidance.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or data quality issues and coordinate remediation with relevant stakeholders.
Operational Process Support
• Maintain and update internal trackers to accurately reflect the status of intakes, IRQ QA activities, and
outstanding actions.
• Ensure trackers support effective monitoring, reporting, and issue escalation where required.
• Support smooth execution of TPRM operational workflows by ensuring timely progression of tasks and
accurate record‑keeping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of intake, QA, and tracking processes through identification of
recurring issues or inefficiencies.
