Key responsibilities
Work experience in Automotive Industries following IATF 16949, safety standards.
Knowledge in PLC Programming, troubleshooting & program modification for improvements.
Experience in understanding electrical circuit diagram & trouble shooting for problem solving.
Experience in implementation of Poka-yoke interlocks for assembly lines and traceability system.
Experience in Cycle time study of manufacturing lines & implementing Single piece flow concept.
Experience in development of Fixtures / Tooling / Gauges required for new projects. Conduct PTR (Production trial runs) and PPAP runs with significant quantity / time.
Experience in Working closely with Cross Functional Team (Application / Engineering, Procurement, Project management, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Quality) during all phases of product development to optimize process designs for SPQCDM (safety, productivity, quality, cost, delivery / efficiency and maintainability / reliability).
Monitor and report issues with Special Purpose assembly machines, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycle time, process capability and tooling history.
Familiar in utilizing the core tools including MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control plan.
Establishing process standards and preparing standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Problem solving through 8D principles, Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
Knowledge on Servo / Hydro pneumatic pressing machine, molding and Assembly process.
Ensure equipment safety at workplace for safe working environment.
Desired Profile
Diploma with Min 6 years of Experience in Assembly, Inspection & End of Line testing.
Communication skills and fluency in English (Written & Oral)
Good working knowledge of MS office Tools (Excel, Power point and Word)
Implementation lean manufacturing practices / Kaizen.
