about the job
 Carry out daily tasks as directed by the Shift Lead or Production Manager.
 Report any production or equipment issues to the Shift Lead or Production Manager.
 Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
 Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, flow meters, and gauges.
 Perform in-process quality inspections using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, microscopes, micrometers).
 Conduct basic maintenance and adjustments to minimize downtime.
 Maintain accurate job reporting through ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
 Participate in daily or weekly team briefings and production meetings.
 Adhere to workplace organization practices such as 5S.
 Perform cross-functional duties in other production areas when required.
 Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, including hazard identification and reporting.
 Comply with company policies on ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
