Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with hoteliers in Malaysia to secure the best rates, allotments, and shortest release periods.
Contracting & Negotiation: Drive business growth by negotiating new contracts, handling contract renewals, and strategically converting third-party business into direct contracts.
Data & Market Analysis: Run utilization reports, monitor booking and cancellation trends, and gather market intelligence to optimize hotel performance and adjust inventory.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal Sales, Operations, and Data Entry teams to handle special rate requests, resolve booking or overbooking issues, and streamline system updates.

skills and requirements

2-3 years and above with hotel industry contracting experience, ideally with OTAs, bedbanks, or tour operators.

A strong understanding of the current contracting landscape (both static and dynamic models) alongside an understanding of yield and revenue theories.
Exceptional negotiation skills, commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and well-developed problem-solving abilities.
