Job Objective
► To drive accelerated growth in Domestic PNG (DPNG) customer registrations through structured field‑marketing initiatives, door‑to‑door outreach, customer engagement, and coordinated execution with Direct Marketing Agencies (DMAs). The role is responsible for expanding customer reach, enabling smooth registration processes, and achieving monthly/annual DPNG registration targets.
Functional Competencies
Essential functional competencies required
► Customer Centricity: Ability to understand household customer needs, objections, and motivators for PNG adoption.
► Field Sales Execution: Experience in retail sales, on-ground canvassing, & door‑to‑door selling.
► Registration Process & Documentation Knowledge: Understanding of DPNG registration requirements, schemes, and customer onboarding steps.
► Data Accuracy & Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain high-quality registration data and MIS reporting.
► Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to convert leads into registrations.

► Planning & Scheduling: Capability to plan area coverage, DMA deployment, and weekly activity calendars.
► Negotiation & Objection Handling: Ability to address customer concerns and drive conversions.
► Understanding of Local Market Demography: Insights into residential clusters, building societies, and consumer patterns.
► Basic Commercial Awareness: Understanding pricing schemes, charges, payment plans, and customer value proposition.
► Ability to Work with External Agencies: Prior exposure to working with outsourced field teams or channel partners.

Experience & Educational Requirements
Educational Qualification and experience
Include Additional Certification if any
► Preferably MBA with minimum 1 year of experience in marketing/sales OR
► Undergraduate degree with minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales.
► Door‑to‑door selling experience will be an added advantage and will relax above qualification
► Experience in consumer services, utilities, telecom, or any field‑sales intensive industry preferred.
