We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and commercial performance for the Malaysia market. Reporting directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Marketing Lead in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand equity and driving sustainable growth in a highly competitive category. This position requires strong execution capabilities and cross-functional coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of luxury campaigns and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans for the luxury portfolio.
Deliver effective 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and P.R. platforms to build brand love and engagement.
Manage the A&P budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI on all marketing investments.
Collaborate with the General Manager and regional leadership to align local initiatives with global brand standards.
Oversee external agency relationships to ensure high-quality creative, media, and P.R. outcomes.
Analyze market and consumer data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Manage high-profile in-store activations, product displays, and luxury launches to drive retail performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
7–10 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium FMCG categories.
Proven track record in leading high-impact campaigns and successful product launches.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in data-driven strategy and Malaysian retail dynamics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and agency coordination skills.
Highly analytical with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
