ABOUT THE ROLE
The objective of this position is to drive app user retention and engagement by executing loyalty marketing initiatives and developing customer journeys. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking to create and optimize data-driven loyalty strategies, ensuring seamless user experiences, sustained customer loyalty, and business growth. The ideal candidate will manage loyalty program operations, support CRM processes, and contribute to enhancing customer journeys.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute CRM-led loyalty initiatives across multiple channels, including in-app push notifications, email marketing, and rewards programs, using market-specific marketing tools.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), covering audience segmentation, journey orchestration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Leverage CDP insights to personalize customer experiences across channels, developing targeted messaging strategies that deliver relevant communication to the right audiences.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, CDP effectiveness, and customer engagement metrics.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements to scale marketing execution efficiently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support CRM and growth initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate communication strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 2–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, customer lifecycle/value management, or growth-oriented roles.
- Platform & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Appier, Emarsys, CleverTap, or ActionIQ, as well as web/app analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Data & Insights Skills: Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze complex information, extract insights, and support strategic decisions; strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Technical Understanding: Familiar with conversion attribution, app event tracking, and API integrations to enable customized marketing workflows.
- Work Style & Soft Skills: Adaptable in fast-moving environments, with strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and structured documentation skills.
