experience
- Idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktion ist zwingend erforderlich
- Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und hohe Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Produktionsplänen
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein in sämtlichen Fertigungsschritten
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV zur Produktionsdatenerfassung und Rückmeldung
- Vorhandener Staplerschein von Vorteil
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität für die Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Engagement für gemeinsame Produktionsziele
