求められる経験
・Leadership Experience in Large-Scale DX and Data Domains
5+years of experience leading data-related areas in large-scale DX projects, with strong knowledge of data governance and system integration.
・Project Management Skills
Proven project management capabilities, including PMO experience; PMP certification is a plus.
・Coordination and Communication Skills
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively in business-level English and Japanese.
