Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a Master Data Specialist, you will act as a guardian of our partner's financial data integrity, ensuring that the foundations of their business operations are accurate and reliable. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the end-to-end processing and maintenance of critical master data records for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Validating and executing complex change requests from international customers, vendors, and internal business partners.
Driving data clean-up initiatives and ensuring all records comply with our partner's global governance frameworks and quality standards.
Actively participating in master data projects, including system migrations and the implementation of new digital structures.
Analyzing recurring data issues across different markets and suggesting innovative ways to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.
University or College degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT-related fields.
2-3 years of professional experience; a background in Master Data Management (MDM) or Accounting is a significant advantage.
Professional working proficiency in both English and German / French.
Strong command of SAP and the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with ServiceNow is beneficial.
Analytical approach with high attention to detail, a proactive "self-starter" attitude, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
