In this vital coordination role, you will act as the primary point of contact to align multi-disciplinary mechanical and electrical workflows across various development phases.
- Direct daily on-site coordination and progress meetings with clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Monitor project timelines, tracking resource schedules and delivery milestones to prevent site delays.
- Supervise the progress of installations to ensure site activities align closely with approved schematics.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of essential project documentation, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Manage operational communication between internal procurement teams and external installation specialists.
skills and experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years (enginners) and 8 years (managers) of dedicated experience in project coordination or site management focusing on mechanical and electrical installations.
- Practical background handling site alignment for commercial developments, high-rise buildings, or data infrastructure facilities.
- Competency in interpreting construction drawings, tracking progress charts, and compiling regular status updates.
- Undergrad qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to resolve daily operational conflicts among site stakeholders.
