Key Responsibilities :- Creation of 3D models and 2D drawings of full products, assemblies and subassemblies according to design standards and ASME.- Cooperation with cross functional team to adapt customer requirements, leading product plan. - Follow Internal processes and participate on their development.- Following actively and continuously work on own goals.- To drive activities (design, FEA, CFD, APQP, etc.) for development of turbocharger technologies, as part of new product development and customer launch.- Design, simulate & qualify the turbocharger components and assemblies to meet internal validation requirements and customer needs. - Define operation limits and update product specification .- Accountability for design work in quality, delivery & productivity aspects, at project level.- Active participation in internal and external design reviews.- Owner of specific design initiative, responsibility for their local or global deployment and functionality, Examples: specific customer requirements, simulation tools, Design Standards & Quality, etc. / for key and global activites.- Evaluating and proving fit and function of overall assemblies or particular features.- Built design in respect of safety, reliability, manufacturability, assembly processes & cost. - Cooperation with cross function team on verification of specific requirements from these areas.
求められる経験
Education : BE in Mechanical / Automobile engineering.
Experience : Experience in design of engineering components, both 2D & 3D, dimensioning, geometrical dimensioning & tolerance in automotive industry. Experience in automotive, mechanical design or testing is preferred.
Key Skill :
- Advanced user of 3D CAD for industrial design (both 3D/2D), preferable CATIA.
- Knowledge of casting, machining and assembly processes. Ability to perform Stack-up and built assembly layouts.
- Ability to perform basic structural simulation per given templates & strong analytics skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of IC engines, project management and ability to follow it
- Business level Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) and business level English
- Ability to perform under pressure & multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills and team player. Willingness to learn and positive mindset
