Position: Medical Representative

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 NTH + incentives
Role Summary
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Essity’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, driving sales performance, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail Essity’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to generate prescriptions and expand coverage.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
Organize CMEs, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions; provide timely feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Maintain daily call reports, sales updates, and territory insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, territory management, and execution ability.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
