• Minimum 20 years of experience in managing and executing MEP systems for large-scale EPC /
Design-Build infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Experience with international consultants and national clients.
• In-depth technical and execution knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting,
HVAC, drainage, stormwater, and ELV systems.
• Strong expertise in design coordination, shop drawing review, execution monitoring, testing,
commissioning, and statutory compliance within EPC frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple design consultants under PMC-controlled environments with strict
compliance to client specifications and codes.
• Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, Navisworks.
• Proven ability to resolve multidisciplinary technical conflicts, manage consultant/vendor interfaces,
and ensure constructability and integration with civil/structural/ICT packages.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, MEP ITPs, testing procedures, and performance validation as
