They offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for maximizing sales of Ladies Small Leathergoods and Accessories across all Boutiques/Shops in Japan. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to influence buying decisions, ensuring optimal product assortment and stock levels. This involves collaborating closely with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising team in Italy, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating market trends and insights.■Main tasks include・Lead the buying process for Ladies Small Leathergoods/Accessories, aligning with the Headquarters Master Order.・Manage replenishment and product rebalancing to meet sales targets.・Analyze sales performance and sell-through data to optimize stock management and identify business opportunities.・Collaborate with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department to guarantee product availability.・Regularly visit boutiques to offer support, gather feedback, and boost performance.・Conduct product training for store staff.・Enhance sales capabilities of store managers and staff.・Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain brand image consistency across all stores.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid
