・Deep understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
・Experience with process optimization and improvement initiatives.
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
・Experience in the aquaculture industry is highly preferred.
