Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage data reporting and analysis at our Bhopal regional office located in Bansal One. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and manage large datasets from various departments.
Reporting: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Sales, Operations, or Productivity).
Dashboard Creation: Develop and update Excel dashboards and trackers to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Accuracy: Ensure 100% data integrity and accuracy in all shared reports.
Support: Assist management with ad-hoc data requests and presentations.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid experience in an MIS or Data Analyst role.
Expert Excel Skills: Must be proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Complex Formulas).
Software: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to identify trends and patterns within data.
Employment Terms
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Working Days: 6 Days a week.
Location: 14th Floor, Bansal One, Bhopal, MP (In-office).
