Are you an experienced outdoor worker with an MR Licence who enjoys variety instead of just sitting behind the wheel all day?
We are seeking a reliable Outdoor Labourer / MR Driver to join our team. You’ll be the site go-to person—operating small plant gear, driving the water truck, and getting hands-on with site preparation and outdoor maintenance.
If you like variety, fresh air, and being the adaptable go-to person on a site, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating Medium Rigid (MR) vehicles, including driving the water truck as needed
- Hands-on outdoor laboring, site preparation, and grounds upkeep
- Operating small plant equipment and power tools
- Assisting across various civil, council, or landscaping projects
What You’ll Need (Essential)
- Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (or higher): Required for occasional transport duties.
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Proven experience in physically active, outdoor work
- Strong commitment to site safety and vehicle pre-start checks
Desirable (Bonus skills)
- Ticketed small plant tickets (e.g., Skid Steer, Excavator, Mower) — desirable, but hands-on experience is key!
- Previous council, landscaping, or trade assistant background
