Waking Night Support Worker Alyth (Near Kinross)
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 21:45 - 07:30 (No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts!)
Looking for high pay, steady weekday hours, and zero weekend work? We are seeking a reliable, confident Waking Night Support Worker to join a friendly team supporting 5 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD.
Because our residents are great sleepers, this is a smooth, calm night environment where you can bring real consistency to the service while enjoying a fixed 4 day schedule.

- 3-Day Weekends: Work Monday night to Thursday night, then enjoy Friday, Saturday, and Sunday completely off.
- Top Hourly Rate: Earn £19.00/hr on a regular weekday pattern.
- On-Site Team Support: You are never alone! An on-site sleepover staff member works alongside you every single night.
- Low-Stress Routine: Pre start service visits or shadow shifts are offered so you can get fully comfortable before day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure, and peaceful home environment while residents sleep.
- Complete light cleaning, laundry, and essential night admin tasks.
- Provide calm, compassionate care on the rare occasions a resident wakes up or needs assistance.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in support work or social care (autism or complex needs experience preferred).
- Strong ability to stay alert, attentive, and proactive throughout waking night shifts.
- Reliable transport to commute to Alyth.
