■About our ClientA leading global biotech company with a robust pipeline focused on hard-to-treat cancers, the company is rapidly expanding its commercial footprint in Japan, offering an innovative, dynamic, and patient-centric work environment.■Role OverviewYou will serve as the Japan brand lead for a key oncology asset. This role is responsible for defining the local brand strategy, translating insights into executable plans, leading launch readiness, and building a high-performing marketing team in Tokyo.■Main tasks include:* Directing the development of the Japan brand strategy and multi-year commercial plans.* Leading critical aspects of Japan launch readiness, including milestone management and risk mitigation.* Developing market access, pricing, and payer value propositions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.* Overseeing diagnostic and patient identification strategies for biomarker-driven oncology products.* Managing the marketing budget, KPIs, brand awareness, and HCP engagement metrics.* Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing Japan marketing team as the organization grows.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Requirements
* 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, with significant marketing leadership.
* Proven track record of successful product launches with direct accountability for strategy development and execution.
* Strong understanding of the oncology ecosystem, precision medicine, or biomarker-driven products.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct authority.
* Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
* Proven people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
