Key Responsibilities
Process Execution: Execute day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring compliance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
System Administration: Perform routine system maintenance, data entry, user provisioning, and access management within core operational platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, internal tracking tools).
Documentation: Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides for all operational processes
Reporting: Generate standard operational reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as process completion rates, support volume, and service reliability.
Improvement Identification: Analyze support metrics and process gaps to proactively identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
