about the job.

• Drive the design and implementation of the Operational and Information Security Risk Management Framework and related programs
• Support and coordinate comprehensive risk and control self-assessments while identifying key risk controls and mitigation strategies
• Lead root cause analysis for operational risk events and oversee outsourcing assessments to meet regulatory standards
• Conduct thematic risk reviews and manage initiatives focused on improving control awareness across the organization
• Prepare and present strategic risk updates to the Risk Management Committee and engage with senior stakeholders to resolve audit findings

skills and experience required.

• At least 5 years of Operational Risk management experience within the banking industry, with prior experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management a plus
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, including PDPA and MAS guidelines
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, risk assessments, and thematic reviews
• Exposure to information security is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
