• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for operational activities.
• Approve procurement and manage vendor relationships.

Strategic Contribution:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Operational Duties:
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the Sales Team
• Identify opportunity to up-sell when working with the Service Delivery team
• Manage customer on-boarding, implementation, and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and high
levels of customer satisfaction
• Create or assist with the development of customer proposals
• Providing pricing for service offerings and projects in collaboration with the Sales Team and Leadership Team
• Improve company value by eliminating scope creep across MSA acccounts
