As a Bilingual Operations Officer I, you will provide essential operational support to the Government Request for Information team. The role is structured into three key operational stages: Filtering incoming requests, Gatekeeping (performing document lookups and verification), and closing the requests once compliance standards are met. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your performance will be measured against quality metrics, monthly deliverables, and strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities
• Review incoming documentation from the CRA and Revenue Quebec to determine priority and scope.
• Navigate internal banking systems to perform detailed lookups, ensuring every file is verified and compliant.
• Execute specialized transactions and finalize requests, ensuring 100% data integrity before submission.
• Apply Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks to protect customer confidentiality and bank standards.
Qualifications
• Professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• 2 years in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically with Excel.
• An acute attention to detail and a "right first time" mentality.
• Minimum one year experience in anti money laundering (AML)
• Strong Organization abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines (SLAs).
Assets:
• A background in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.
• Prior experience in the banking sector or with loan/deposit products.
