Job Overview
We are hiring for an experienced O2C Analyst to join a global IT consulting team. The primary focus of this role is Cash Applications—ensuring that payments received are correctly identified, matched, and applied to customer invoices in a timely manner.
This is a 12-month renewable contract position (on Randstad India payroll) offering a competitive salary for candidates ready to work US Night Shifts from the Gurgaon office.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Application: Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts on a daily basis, reconciling payments with bank statements.
Payment Analysis: Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, unidentified payments, and payment discrepancies.
Process Management: Utilize Cash Application tools and SAP to streamline the revenue cycle.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on cash flow, suspense accounts, and unallocated payments using MS Excel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Collections and Billing teams to clear outstanding items and resolve client queries.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex payment scenarios (e.g., partial payments, overpayments) and execute the necessary adjustments.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in the Order to Cash (OTC) domain, specifically in Cash Applications.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA).
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Cash Application automation tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable (client-facing role).
Industry Preference: Candidates with an Airline industry background are preferred.
Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work US Night Shifts and report to the office (RTO) daily.
Compensation & Contract Details
Annual CTC: Max Budget up to ₹4.77 LPA (approx. ₹30k - ₹33k in-hand monthly, depending on PF/tax).
Hike: Up to 30% hike on current CTC (subject to the max budget).
Contract: 12 Months (Renewable based on performance).
