The Organizational Change Senior Manager will work with the Business Transformation Head to lead the design and execution of change management strategies for various transformation initiatives. This role involves a close partnership with senior leaders and project teams to identify change risks, develop targeted interventions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact of these initiatives.■Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives, including identifying risks and defining success metrics.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through clear communication plans and feedback loops to ensure alignment and commitment to change initiatives.- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and design targeted interventions, such as coaching and workshops, to drive behavioral change and embed new processes.- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to assess training needs and deliver impactful training programs that empower leaders and managers as change champions.- Track and report on the effectiveness of change efforts by using data analytics, monitoring adoption rates, and providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

- 5-7+ years of experience in change management with a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects.
