Key Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, whipper snipper, blowing
• Planting, watering, weeding, and deadheading flowers and shrubs.
• Trimming hedges and pruning trees/shrubs to promote growth and maintain aesthetic shapes.
• Soil cultivation, composting, and applying mulch to garden beds.
• Keeping pathways, and roads clear of debris, leaves, and moss.
• Basic plant operations and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a gardener or landscaper (Professional references preferred).
• Ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods).
• Experience operating power tools like hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and ride-on mowers safely.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Horticulture certificates or chemical application licenses (e.g., PA1/PA6), MR License, Arborist certificate (preferred, not required).
