Job Type: Part-time (24 hours per week), 3-month ongoing contract

Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including coding, batching, and entering invoices.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely billing and following up on outstanding payments.
• Perform accurate invoice and payment processing to maintain up-to-date ledger accounts.
• Conduct monthly credit card and payment reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and month-end preparation as needed.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar finance role.
• Proven experience managing both AP and AR functions concurrently.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond Hill for 3 days per week.
• Ability to use VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to organize large datasets.
• Familiarity with Epicor is a strong asset; experience with SAP, Oracle, or Great Plains is highly valued.
