We are seeking a highly qualified and business-minded Partner / Senior Lawyer. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a proven track record in Corporate M&A, Regulatory, and/or Dispute Resolution to contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Lead and further develop client relationships within your area of expertise.
Advise international and domestic clients on corporate, commercial, M&A transactions as well as regulatory matters.
Represent clients in complex dispute resolution proceedings. (arbitration and litigation)
Oversee and mentor associates, ensuring high-quality client service and team development.
Contribute to business development initiatives and the strategic growth of the firm.

qualifications
Turkish-qualified lawyer with at least 10+ years of experience,
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas,
Corporate M&A (cross-border transactions, joint ventures, restructurings)
Regulatory, (compliance, sector-specific advisory)
Dispute Resolution, (arbitration, litigation)
Strong academic background,
Established client portfolio or the ability to bring business development capabilities to the firm,
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams.
