In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client partners and loyalty stakeholders across the New Zealand market. You won't just be maintaining relationships, you’ll be helping key clients design, optimise, and execute high-impact loyalty and reward programs that drive engagement and real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with issuing banks, fintechs, and key merchant partners to align loyalty offers with their core engagement and retention goals.
• Analyse program data and performance KPIs to identify growth opportunities, refine offer strategies, and optimise loyalty campaigns.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of loyalty content, from managing merchant onboarding and aggregator partners to ensuring content quality and accurate billing processes.
• Serve as the local subject matter expert on loyalty, working alongside internal Account Executives, regional product teams, and external client teams.
• Prepare and present strategic reviews, performance reports, and program proposals to senior client stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, loyalty program management, affiliate marketing, or commercial client solutions.
• Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate performance metrics into actionable client recommendations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail regarding onboarding, content management, and campaign execution.
• Experience within financial services, payment networks, retail/airline loyalty, or fintech environments is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and building long-term client trust.
