This position is for a Manager or Senior Manager of Patient Advocacy at a global pharmaceutical company. The role involves developing and executing a patient advocacy strategy to improve patient access to the company's innovations in Japan. The person in this role will work with various internal and external partners, including patient communities and advocacy groups, to create a favorable healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, building long-term relationships, and leveraging data to understand stakeholder needs.■Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic patient advocacy and stakeholder engagement plan in partnership with internal teams like Public Affairs and Communications.- Build, manage, and enhance relationships with patient organizations across Japan.- Work with patient communities to identify opportunities and co-create solutions that improve health literacy for patients and caregivers.- Establish and maintain partnerships with patient communities, advocacy groups, and business leaders to represent patient needs within the healthcare ecosystem.- Partner with Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs to manage issues and crises effectively.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid

■Key Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- For the Manager role, at least 3 years of diversified experience in patient relations or advocacy within the healthcare industry. For the Senior Manager role, 5+ years of similar experience.
- A solid understanding of the healthcare system in Japan.
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including public affairs and medical. For the Senior Manager role, proven experience in policy shaping is also required.
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English is necessary.
