You’ll play a key role in supporting project and portfolio activities, working alongside experienced Program and Portfolio Managers to ensure projects stay on track and well-governed.
Work Environment
Hybrid model:
First 3 months: 3 days/week in office
After: 2 days/week in office
Anchor day: Thursday (additional days flexible)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project and Program Managers
Track and monitor project schedules and budgets (high-level) by gathering and consolidating data into central reports
Support project governance by maintaining documentation, reports, and dashboards
Participate in project meetings, capturing action items, risks, and updates
Assist with project reporting, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly updates
Help prepare materials for executive and client-facing presentations
Support portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and resource tracking
Identify and flag risks, issues, and upcoming priorities
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar role
Strong experience with Excel and data tracking/reporting
Ability to track budgets at a high level (gathering and consolidating financial data)
Excellent communication skills – confident engaging with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working in a structured, enterprise environment
Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint) is an asset
Financial services experience is a nice to have
