As a People Experience Business Analyst, you will play a key role in mapping and redesigning processes and key employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. You will ensure the delivery of a fit-for-purpose Human Resources Technical Stack, considering scalability and maximised efficiency to enable the achievement of business objectives, whilst operating within business constraints. This role is also responsible for the delivery and ongoing assurance of HR data to inform decision making and enable accurate, meaningful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

As a PEx Business Analyst, you will…

• Lead the documentation of business processes within the P&C Department, to support the delivery of projects and BAU work
• Provide advice regarding current and proposed system capabilities.
• Apply best practice methodology when analysing business processes to optimise the user experience through data analysis, research and design thinking methodology
• Manage and execute data cleansing initiatives to ensure HR data is accurate, consistent and up-to-date, including identifying and resolving inconsistencies across HR systems and databases
• Oversee the integration of HR data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance critical employee interactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and to enhance employee satisfaction
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to support P&C system and process improvement and cultural transformation
• Utilise data to inform decision-making, track progress and provide insights into People and Culture initiatives
• Support the delivery of projects aimed at enhancing People and Culture processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery, escalating where appropriate
• Mentor and guide other members of the People and Culture department to ensure that initiatives are considering user experience

About you:

Ideally, you will have...

• AGSVA Baseline security clearance;
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, IIBA or UX certifications while not mandatory, are highly regarded
• Significant track record of business analysis, applying design thinking methodologies within an
• organisation undergoing significant transformation to enhance user satisfaction and engagement
• Proven ability to map, analyse and redesign business processes to drive efficiency, ensure scalability and adaptability while enhancing the user experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation up to Senior Leadership
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Capacity to thrive in a security led, transforming environment, demonstrating resilience, flexibility and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with limited direction, seeking clarification when required, and effectively managing competing deadlines
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices advantageous
• Intermediate MS Office skills with strong proficiency with process mapping tools
